We call you. You’ve got enough on your plate. We take care of keeping you informed, so you’ve got one less thing to worry about. Our custom scheduling system assures that we call you as soon as your products arrive at our warehouse.

We adapt to your timeline. We coordinate delivery with you. We control the schedule of our trucks, service department and installation crews so if there is a time that works for you we can try and meet that request.

Treating your products with the utmost care. Our in-house warehouse and delivery vehicles ensure that no aspect of your project ever leaves our hands.

Professional installation. We are extremely selective of the professional installation companies we use. Prior to working with us, our installation partners undergo a rigorous screening and selection process. They must complete our training, and they must coordinate with us on scheduling. The result? Our professionals care about your products. They know the right installation techniques for cabinetry and countertops, so you avoid damage and costly delays. Not to mention, you can count on your products to arrive when they are scheduled to arrive!

Full-time service department. When an unexpected situation arises, our full-time service department will promptly address your cabinetry and countertop needs. Our ability to cut down and modify cabinets in our shop means that last-minute measurement alterations don’t interrupt the flow of your project. You can get back on track within a few days, rather than weeks or even months.

Seeing your project to its conclusion and beyond. We inspect every installation to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

One-year service warranty. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a one-year service warranty, coupled with many excellent manufacturers’ product warranties. If you need assistance with any items under warranty (cabinets, countertops or hardware), we’ll come to your home at no charge to you. If you would like to use your own installer or do it yourself, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Please note, though, that our service warranty may not cover your installer’s work.
